Brand Management in GravityWrite: How to Add, Edit, and Organize Your Brands Seamlessly

GravityWrite makes it easy to organize, edit, and personalize your brand content preferences with our built-in Brand Management system. Whether you are running one brand or multiple, this feature ensures that your AI-generated content stays accurate, consistent, and aligned with your business identity.

First-Time Onboarding: One-Time Brand Setup

When you log in to GravityWrite for the very first time, you will be welcomed with a personalized onboarding experience - to set up your AI writing assistant in just a few minutes with your brand details.

If you missed this in first time log in, you can access in Profile -> Manage Brands -> Create New Brand

Onboarding Form – Steps Overview

  1. Business Name: Enter your business/brand name.

Not using it for business? Tick the checkbox “I’m not using for business” – you will only need to complete two more steps and skip the rest.

  1. Website URL (Optional)

If provided, our AI will automatically extract valuable data from your site to personalize your content better.

  1. Describe Your Business

You can either write your business description manually or use the “Auto fill from website” option - our AI will scan your website and generate a description based on the products or services you offer.

  1. Industry/Niche: Select the category or industry your brand belongs to.

  1. Primary Language: Choose your preferred language for the AI generated content

  1. Products/Services Offered: Add one or more products/services your business offers. If you entered a website in Step 2, our AI will auto-suggest products/services with descriptions.

  1. Brand Voice & Brand Colors

Select a tone that reflects your brand’s personality and choose your brand’s colors (primary, secondary & tertiary)

Once completed, your first brand is now saved and accessible for future edits.

How to Add a New Brand
